Mountain View Real Estate Corporation is working on a new phase of the I City project called Lagoon Beach Park, dedicated to residential villas. This phase covers an area of 100 acres and offers villas, twin houses, and I-villa units. The villas start from 280 square meters, and buyers have the option to choose the appropriate finish. The maintenance deposit is 8% of the unit price, and prices start at EGP 21,000,000. The installments can be paid over a period of up to nine years, and there is a cash discount of 25% of the unit price. The expected delivery date is in 2025.


The developer has also created a sizable commercial mall within I City called Heartwork Mall. It occupies around 38 acres and includes administrative offices, recreational facilities, and other units.
